Adare, County Limerick

In the weeks before Christmas, Carlingford hosts a festive market where you can pick up handmade crafts and sample local treats. Wander through cobblestone streets, visit King John’s Castle, and warm up by the fire at one of the village's traditional – and festively decorated – pubs. Avondale, County Wicklow

More an experience than a village, Avondale house awaits you in the nature of County Wicklow. The estate currently hosts the „Winter Woodland“ with a beautifully decorated Avondale house, a Christmas craft market, an ice rink and its treetop walk, available to visit through the whole year, is currently decorated with fairy lights and Christmas trees.
